2. Can I order a sample?

 Yes, the samples can be sent with charge collected. You can request samples via chat or email us gary@polytranspack.com.

3. How long is the production time ?

 Generally 7-14 days for the mass production after the deposit received.

4. Do you accept the custom order ?

 Yes, the custom order is acceptable for us. And we need all the details of the packaging, if possible, pls give us the design for analyzing.

5. What shipping methods do you offer?

 There are DHL, UPS, FedEx Air shipping for goods if small packages or urgent orders. For larger orders that ship on a pallet, we provide freight options.

6. What is your company payment term?

 T/T 50% for the production in advance and the balance before the delivery.
