1. PS sheet has low density, poor toughness and easy to burn. Styrene gas (hazardous gas) will be produced during combustion, which is generally used to produce various industrial plastic trays.

2. PVC sheet has moderate toughness and is not easy to burn. Chlorine gas will be produced during combustion, which will affect the environment. Polyvinyl chloride is easy to heat and can be sealed with a sealing machine and a high-frequency machine. It is the main raw material for the production of transparent blister products.

3. PETsheet has the characteristics of good toughness, high transparency, good flammability, and no harmful gas when burned. It is an environmentally friendly material, but the price is high. Suitable for making high-end blister packaging products. In Europe and the United States, PET hard materials are usually used to absorb plastic foam shells, but thermal bonding is not easy, which brings great difficulties to packaging. In order to solve this problem, people compound a layer of PVC film on the surface of PET, which is called PETG material. But the price is higher.
